Chalean Extreme Week 2 is done!!

Well week 2 is done!  Haven't really been sticking to doing it on a fixed schedule.  In the past I have always started on a certain day and followed exactly!  This time, I'm not super concerned if I miss a day.  Probably because I am also doing Zumba.  Zumba is pretty fun.  The shakers don't do nothing!  Cardio Party is my favorite.  With Chalean I feel like I am gaining more muscle.  But my legs still need so much work which is why I am trying to add extra cardio.  Did the extreme lower body and extreme core circuit today.  We will see how my legs feel tomorrow. 

Wish I would have had my video camera out the other day.  My husband came home and decided to do Shaun T's Hip Hop Abs.  Which is hilarious because he is tall and not very coordinated.  But what topped it off is that he did it in his long underwear!  Too darn funny!  I would never do that program or Zumba in front of anyone but my kids because I am not that coordinated either.  Thinking about getting a couple full length mirrors to see just how silly I look!  Hopefully, I will eventually learn to shake my hips with the best.

Okay, my 12 yro daughter just came in the room so proud of the picture she colored in a coloring book!  What a weirdo!  And yes, she stayed in the lines!  Asked her if she wanted me to hang it on the frig or frame it but I guess its for a friend.  Seriously weird kid!  But at least she's away from her laptop for awhile.

Also need to look into getting one of those toilet paper holders like they have in public restrooms.  You know, the ones that only let you get like 3 sheets!  Put on a new roll today it was gone by this afternoon!  My 3 yro has a serious over user problem!  Seriously, the whole roll!  Only good thing is that he didn't try and flush it down the toilet!
